***This position is also eligible for a $500 hiring bonus, payable after 6 months of regular employment***

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Front of House Manager, you maintain a positive attitude while interacting with staff and guests. You ensure guest happiness with 100% table touches. You encourage team members and set the standard for great service.

The Front of House Manager participates in the interview and hiring process for positions such as servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders. You will also be actively involved in the training of team members in these positions.

Additionally, you ensure that our standards are met with the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas, including restrooms and the host stand.

Finally, you will play an active role in supervising individual shifts, helping ensure that our guests experience the level of excellent service that we, and they, expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the restaurant environment

Other Requirements:

  • Arrive at work on time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
  • Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures
  • Adheres to restaurant and City/State/United States safety requirements
  • Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes
